Can I cancel or upgrade any time?
Plans can be updated or cancelled anytime from within your account. We operate month to month with no contracts or commitments.
How does the payment for emails and texts work?
Each month you will receive a 100 complimentary message credits (Approximately 750 texts, 600 mins of calls, or 8000 emails. Subscriber agrees to be automatically charged for any overages at approximately $0.0098 per message segment. To check your credit balance go to the SETTINGS > BILLING tab in your dashboard.
